Hotfix 2187 for SP4

If I Upgrade from SP3 ( 8.00.818 ) to SP4 (8.00.2039 ) and then apply hotfix
( 8.00.2187 ) will we be completely up to date with Sql Server patches ?Hi

AFAIK that was the last hotfix that was generally available
